We want you to love your sustainable essentials as much as we love the planet, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. Every return helps us continue our mission of planting ten trees for every item purchased.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into the reusable mailer or a box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
